Support patients after surgery by meeting them at discharge, riding home with them, and helping ensure they get inside safely. This is a high-trust, patient-facing role.
What you'll do
- Meet patients at the hospital or surgical center
- Support discharge as the responsible adult for release
- Ride home with the patient
- Escort the patient inside safely
- Confirm safe handoff and completion
Who we're looking for
- Reliable and punctual
- Calm, professional, and compassionate
- Comfortable supporting patients after surgery
- Clear communicator
- CNA, EMT, nursing student, or caregiver experience is a plus
