What we do

Discharge
We coordinate with your care team to ensure nothing gets missed. Your NextStep Companion meets you at the hospital, reviews discharge instructions, and makes sure you leave with confidence and clarity.
Transport
We get you home safely. Your Companion is trained in post-operative care and will drive you with care, assist with mobility, and provide calm support throughout the ride.
Recovery
Once home, your Companion helps you inside, notifies your loved ones, and stays until you're settled. Meanwhile, another team member delivers your prescribed medications to your door.

Book your NextStep Companion—a certified, vetted healthcare professional trained in post-operative support. Just choose the time and location, and we’ll handle the rest.
We meet you at discharge
Your Companion arrives at the hospital, checks in with your care team, and reviews post-op instructions to ensure a smooth transition.
We get you home & settled
Your Companion helps you inside, notifies your emergency contact or loved one, and stays until you're stable and settled. Meanwhile, another member of our team picks up your prescribed medications and delivers them to your home.
